A simple standard crock pot for making German rumtopf.
Volume capacity: 3,5 litres.
Height 28 cm, diameter 18 cm.
Designed with a flange at the top in which the lid rests (ses photo 2). By filling the flange with water and placing the lid, it creates an air seal that prevent oxygen from entering and allow for Co2 and excess oxygen to escape the inside. Works for fementing vegetables too (Look under lactic fermentation and crock pots for more information)
