This leavening basket is made from rattan (wicker) grown in plantations in Asia. The basket is produced in Germany. Other products with similar contents: UsageLeavening basket for leavening bread, not for baking the breads in. When leavened, heat the oven and tip dough onto a hot baking sheet or preferably a baking stone. We recommend you bake the bread at 230°C for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 210°C for the rest of the baking time. Facts
