Cheese cloth made from unbleached organic cotton.
Quadrat/double woven fabric with appoximaely 2 x 12 threads pr. cm. (before washing).
Use this product if you want to purchage a single piece of cheese cloth having the width of 81 cm and length of N x 81 cm.
Essential for making a variety of cheeses such as ricotta, cream cheese, smoked cheese, cottage cheese and mozzarella.
Size: 81 cm x ( N x 81 ) cm (W x L) before washing. You may expect up to 15% shrinkage.
