This flour sifter attaches to all KoMo electrical grain mills except the Jumbo for professionals.
When grinding whole grains into flour the outcome will always be whole grain flour but if you need a finer type flour, all you have to do is run it through a sifter to seperate out the coarser bran.
Simply attach the sifter to the grinder, pour in the fresh ground flour, place a bowl under the spout and switch on the mill. Shortly after your fresh ground flour would have been seperated leaving the fine flour in the bowl while the bran remains in the sifter.
Beware: The sifted flour will also be whole grain flour as parts of the germ and bran will also be milled into fine parts. Do not expect to be able to produce "white flour" by sifting freshly milled whole grain flour. To obtain "white flour", industrial techniques must be applies - see our Flour products.
Includes 3 interchangeable screens in the following mesh sizes - fine 0,63 mm, medium 0.8 mm, coarse 1.25 mm.
